DENVER - Carletty Poole "Tiny" Bowen, 77, died June 21, 2012, at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Gaston County, daughter of the late Charlie "Pete" Poole and Ida Mincey Poole.
She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Bowen.
She retired from Pharr Yarns and was a member of Lakeside Church of God in Denver.
Survivors include two brothers, Fred Poole and wife Joan of Marshall, NC, Floyd Poole and wife Sonja of Gastonia, a sister Betty Bumgardner and hus-band Clyde of Lowell, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service conducted by the Revs. Michael Goins, Robert Sapp, and Chuck Poole will be held 2 p.m. Saturday in the Woodlawn Chapel of Wood-lawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly.
Interment will follow in Gaston Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
