GASTONIA - Charles Wilson Graham, 89 went to be with the Lord on April 3, 2013, at Gaston Manor.

He was a native of Gaston County, born Oct. 9, 1923, to the late Charles Walker and Eula Payne Graham.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, and his wife of 50 years, Helen Cullum Graham.

He was a loving husband, father and papa.
Charles was a member of McAdenville Wesleyan Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving in WWII and Korean War.

He was also a proud member of the WWII Last Man Club and an avid Photographer.

Survivors include a son, James "Ronnie" Graham and wife Carolyn of Mt. Airy and daughter, Vicky G. Lingerfelter and husband Mike of Mary-ville, Tenn; four grandchildren, Jeff Graham, Theresa Graham Emma, Keith Baldwin and Crystal Reese; eight great-
grandchildren; and a sister, Maude Jenkins of Rome, Ga.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, War Memorial I Section with military honors by the Gaston County Honor Guard.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Gaston County Honor Guard, c/o Joe Harris, 434 Jenny Street, Gastonia, NC 28054.

The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Suzie and Rodney Fore, Jackie and Tommy Grigg and Nina and James
Paysour for all their wonderful care and love of Charlie.
