GROVER - Donald Edward "Donnie" Roper Jr., 48, a resident of Long Branch Road, Grover, died June 22, 2012, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
He was a native of Cleveland County, son of the late Carolyn Whetstine Roper.
Family and friends will gather to remember Donnie at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, June 24, 2012, at the home of the aunt at 731 Long Branch Road, Grover.
Burial will be private.
