SHELBY - Roxie Geraldine "Gerry" Dockery Davis, 88, passed away Oct. 23, 2012, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
A native of Monroe County, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late William Bascomb and Callie Dessie Walker Dockery.
A celebration of life service will be held 3 p.m. Friday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Burial will be in Cleveland Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family of Mrs. Davis.
