Henrietta Davis Thomas Dagenhart, 65, of Regal Drive, passed away July 6, 2012, at Presbyterian Hospital.
A native of Morganton, she was the daughter of the late Rev. William Elijah and Lola Lee McFalls Davis.
Mrs. Dagenhart was an elementary school teacher. After retirement, she worked for Nalle Pharmacy.
She was a member of Linden ARP Church and served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Thomas Dagenhart Jr.; daughter, Patricia Thomas Beason and husband, Perry; son, Robert Edward Tho-mas and wife, Michelle; stepdaughter, Paige Dagenhart; sisters, Ethel Benton and Darlene Thomas; and six grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Melvin Morris Thomas.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Linden ARP Church with the Rev. Michael Lineberger officiating.
The family will receive friends after the service in the Linden ARP Fellowship Hall until 3:30 p.m. Monday.
Burial will follow the visitation at Evergreen Cemetery.
