BESSEMER CITY - Henry Hoyt Ragland Jr., 54, passed away June 25, 2012, at home.

He was born Feb. 27, 1958, in Gaston County, to the late Henry Hoyt Ragland Sr. and Betty L. Smith Ragland.

Henry was the owner/operator of A-1 Appliance and Repair Service in Bessemer City for the past eight years. He served in the Army National Guard.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home Chapel, Bessemer City with the Rev. Don Capell officiating.

Interment will follow at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the funeral home.

He is survived by his wife Debbie Moster Ragland; sons, Joshua Ragland, Joseph Ragland; daughters, Heather Ragland, Terri Cooley and husband Brandon; brother, John Henry Ragland; grandchildren, Cadence Cooley, Braydon Cooley, Kasey Sanders.
