STANLEY - Jason Alexander Medlin, 4, passed away Oct. 19, 2012, at Levine Children's Hospital.
He was born Oct. 27, 2007, in Gaston County, to Timothy Jason Medlin and Lacey Marie West.
He was preceded in death by Carla Medlin, Mary and Wayne West, Sara and Thomas Gossett, Joe Webb and cousin William Walker
Survivors include his parents, Timothy Jason Medlin and Lacey Marie West, brothers David and Kolby Medlin and Austin West, grandparents Ralph Medlin, maw maw Lolo, Jeffery and Angela West, great-grandmother, Hattie Webb, very special great-great-grandmother, Pauline Watkins, special un-cle Jordan West and his playmate Alyssa and many special aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be noon Friday at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home with the Rev. David Tucker officiating.
Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be James Grigg, Moe Taylor, Jordan West, Marcus Dickerson, Chad Bradshaw and Chris Hagan.
Honorary pallbearers David Medlin and Austin West.
Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park.
