MORGANTON - Jeane Wright Guertin, 88, passed away June 23, 2012, at Alexandria Place in Gastonia.
She was born Jan. 15, 1924, in Johnson City, Tenn., to the late Solon and Elizah Snipes Wright.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Howard Guertin and daughter Judy Harwood.
Mrs. Guertin is survived by her daughter Joan Shields and her husband Eddie of Belmont and son Kevin Guertin of Morganton; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
Service will be private.
Memorials may be given to Gaston Hospice, 258 E. Garrison Blvd. Gastonia NC 28054.
