MOUNT HOLLY - Joseph Pelusio Jr., 65, of 231 Hollow Lane, died June 6, 2012, at his home.
He was born in Lincoln County, son of the late Frances Wyatt Pelusio and Joseph Pelusio Sr.
He was preceded in death by his former wife Juanita McGraw Pelusio. He was a member of Teamsters Local #71 and a US Army Veteran.
He is survived by two sons, Scott Pelusio of Mount Holly and Jason Pelusio of New York, New York; three grandchildren, Amber, Dalton, and Lexie Pelusio.
A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Pelusio will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Woodlawn Chapel.
Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Belmont.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and at other times will be at the home of Scott Pelusio, 907 Breckenridge Lane, Mount Holly.
Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly is serving the family.
