LOWELL - Linda Faye Hicks, 65, of Lowell, passed away Sept. 6, 2013 at the Robin Johnson House, Dallas.
She was born January 5, 1948 in Mecklenburg County, daughter of the late Jesse Andrew and Mildred Queen Parker.
A funeral service will be held 6 p.m. Sunday at North Gaston Church of God, officiated by the Revs. Ted Smith, Jerry Willard, and Joe Heffner.
The family will receive friends from 4– 6 p.m. Sunday at the church. A graveside service will be held 3 p.m. Monday at Hillcrest Gardens, Mount Holly.
She was a member of North Gaston Church of God.
She is survived by her: sons, Daniel Wilson, Darrell Wilson and wife Sally, Rev. Andy Nicholson and wife Stephanie, Scotty Beheler and wife Cara, Brian Hannah; daughters, Melissa Carpenter, Susie Bradley and husband Andrew; sister, Betty Meadows; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grand-children. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by: her sister, Carolyn Jenkins.
