GASTONIA - Mildred "Peggy" Pressley Patti, 88, passed away March 27, 2013,at the Robin Johnson Hospice House in Dallas.

Peggy was a native of Gaston County, daughter of the late Annie Gertrude Holland Pressley and Jarvis Sylvester Pressley.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. Saturday prior to the service at McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in the Founders Chapel of McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia with the Rev. Steve Weaver officiating.

Interment will be private.

Peggy was a hairdresser for over forty years and a long time member of First Baptist Church in Bessemer City.

Survivors include her sons, Charles Patrick Patti and wife Patricia of Rock Hill, S.C., Timothy Lee Patti and wife Doris of Gastonia, N.C., James Brooks Patti of Washington, N.C., grandchildren, Elizabeth Patti, Samuel Patti and their mother Teresa Patti all of Washington, N.C., Kevin Pear-son of Winston-Salem, N.C. and Wendy Pearson of Bend, Oregon.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Patrick Patti and brother, Charles Holland Pressley.

The family would like to thank Doctors David Thomas and Ronald Digby, the wonderful staff at Terrace Ridge Assisted Living, and
the caring staff at the Robin Johnson House.
