BESSEMER CITY - Nancy P. Robinson, 80, of Bessemer City, passed away June 23, 2012 at her home.
She was born January 8, 1932, in Gaston County, daughter of the late Marvin Eugene and Della Morrow Pennington.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Westview Gardens Cemetery, Bessemer City, officiated by Rev. Scott and Dick Whitener.
The family will receive friends from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the home.
She is survived by her son, Michael R. Robinson and wife Carolyn of Gastonia; grandchildren, Richard E. "Ritchie" Robinson of Gastonia, Holly Blanton and spouse John of Gastonia; great-grandchild, Rylie Blanton of Gastonia.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, William R. "Bill" Robinson; brother, Pete Pennington.
In lieu of flowers to Temple Baptist Church, 701 Littlejohn St. Gastonia, NC 28052.
Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
