SHELBY - Patsy Brooks Wise, 83, died Oct. 16, 2012, at Peak Resources of Shelby.
She was born July 23, 1929, daughter of the late Bulo and Myrtle Glover Brooks.
A private burial will be held Friday at Cleveland Memorial Park
Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Shelby is in charge of arrangements.
