KINGS MOUNTAIN - Paul "Pete" Childers, 66, died April 10, 2012, at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte.
He was born in Cleveland County to the late Dargin and Bessie Biddix Childers.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at East Gold Street Wesleyan Church.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday prior to the service in the sanctuary of the church.
Interment with military honors will be held at Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain.
