SIMPSONVILLE, S.C. - Ralph Anders Price, 94, of Simpsonville, S.C., died Saturday, June 16, 2012, at Greenville Memorial Medical Center.
Born in Gastonia, he was a son of the late Oscar and Tessie Helms Price.
Mr. Price served his country in the U.S. Army. He was the founder and owner of Eastern Business Forms Inc. Mr. Price was an active member of Woodruff Road Presbyterian Church, where he served as elder and became an elder emeritus. In addition, he was a member of Pleasantburg Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris Fellow.
Surviving are his wife, Audrey Price; daughter and son-in-law, Jane and Stephen Sewell; son and daughter-in-law, Ralph Stephen and Pamela Price; six grandchildren and their spouses; 12 great-grandchildren; and brother and sister-in-law, Calvin and Dorothy Price and family.
Mr. Price was preceded in death by his first wife, Virginia Robinson Price.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 21, 2012, from 6-8 p.m. at Woodruff Road Presbyterian Church. The funeral service will be held Friday, June 22, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the church. Burial will be private.
