Words can never express the loss I know you feel. "Biggie" was a amazing man who led a remarkable life. How proud and lucky you all must feel for having had such a gem for a father and grandfather. He was such a perfect gentleman and loved his family so much. He will surely be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

As a Tech freshman in 1947, my roommate ( another Bob Davis), both of us from the small town of Punta Gorda, Fla, introduced ourselves to your Bob , who was with Bobby Dodd ,at a big bonfire just before a GT f/b game. I met him again years later in the West stands after he had been honored on the field at halftime. Enjoyed crossing paths with this great Tech man, among my many memories of Tech..........John Cerny, ME 1951, Atlanta

I am glad my husband, Patrick O'Donnell, was able to travel for the services to honor this incredible man. I last Mr. Bobby Davis at our wedding in 2003 where he gave a lovely and sentimental toast at the rehearsal dinner- a true southern gentleman. I will think of him at every home game at Grant Field and Bobby Dodd stadium at Georgia Tech!

Without a doubt, Bob Davis stood head and shoulders above so many others around him. What a privilege to cross paths with his, and what a honor to be called friends by him. He was one of a kind.
