WILMINGTON - Ruby Plumley Eaker, 89, formerly of Hickory, died June 17, 2012, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington.
She was born in Greenville County, S.C., to the late Claude and Jannie Hammett Plumley.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at El Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday prior to the service in the parlor of El Bethel United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Eaker will be in the sanctuary of the Church during the visitation for those who would like to pay their respects.
Interment will be at El Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Kings Mountain.
