LINCOLNTON - Thomas Lee "Tommy" Morrison, 64, of 1691 Highway 27 West, died March 1, 2013.

His funeral service will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Shrum officiating.
Burial will be in Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mr. Morrison was born May 6, 1948, in Lincoln County, to the late Tom and Nadine Johnson Morrison. He served in the United States Army and then later worked as a route salesman for Pet Dairy for 36 years. He was known at work for his honesty and loyalty and to his family, he was known for his kindness.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Cynthia Peeler Morrison of the home; a daughter, Casey Morrison Powell and husband Michael of Vale; four brothers, Doug Morrison and Richard Morrison, both of Lincolnton, Jimmy Morrison of Vale, and Dale Morrison; two grandchildren, the apples of his eye, Cayden and Bryson Powell; and father-in-law, John Peeler of Lincolnton.
