Tommy Talmadge Quick Jr., 31, formerly of Thomasville, died June 27, 2012.
He was born in Mecklenburg County, son of the late Tommy T. Quick Sr. and Bonita Threatt Quick of Charlotte.
A memorial service conducted by the Rev. David Noyes will be held 7 p.m. Sunday at New Covenant United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends at the church from 5-7 p.m.

Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly is serving the family.
