I had the absolute pleasure of working with Will at Banco Popular. It was always a mystery how the nicest guy at the bank could be the workout officer. We will miss you, Will.

I met Will in 2004 when he offered me 2 football tickets to a USC football game in Charlottesville VA. He and I both lived in NJ and we met for the first time in the stadium that night. The week before, he had mailed the tickets to me, a complete stranger, after only an email communication. When I learned of his passing this week, I came upon his internet reflections of his bold and successful multi-year fight against impending health challenges. He persevered, lost over 100 pounds and regained his health. As I write this, I regret that I never had the opportunity to know Will better. I extend my condolences to Sally and Will's parents. Please find solace in the knowledge that a life well-lived is a life never forgotten.

I worked with Will at Commercial Capital Corporation in NYC from 1999 to 2001. Will and I were only a week apart in age. He was a very funny person. Hard working and a lot of fun to be around. Will and I would try to meet up whenever he was back in NY. His death deeply saddens me. This is a great loss. He was a good man.

I had the pleasure of working with Will at Banco Popular. While he was not afraid to tell it how it was, he always had valuable advice and was willing to share his extensive knowledge and life learnings. He was a great mentor to me and other young, up and comers at the bank. But, he was an even better friend who could always make you laugh, smile and feel better about yourself. I'll never forget our lunch trips to the Riviera where he introduced me to arancini balls, homemade fresh lasagna and the "Will Special". The "Will Special" is truly an amazing italian sandwich concoction that is a must-try for everyone. It will continue to be enjoyed by many people that will never know how special Will was as a person. He will be missed but always remembered. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of his family and friends.

I sat a mere ten feet from Will's office for most of my five years at Banco Popular. He was certainly a very smart man, with a very clever, wry sense of humor. What I will recall most was the time he hosted a group of us to volunteer at Inspiration Cafe. What a wonderful experience! And I also won't soon forget the chili and lasagna contests he organized. He made the work place fun. I will miss him. My deepest sympathies to Will's family and close friends. I hope you find comfort in knowing that he will be remembered fondly by so many.

I was lucky to get to know Will and work with Will as a consultant and considered him a good friend. He always began our conversations with "how are you my friend" and ended with "goodby my friend". Will was one of the smartest, perceptive and fun people I have ever known. I spoke with Will when he was on vacation and he was so happy, he said that he wished that he didn't have to leave. I cannot express how sad I was to hear of Will"s passing. My prayers and good thoughts are for Will, his family, and friends. We all lost a very special person.

I never met Will in person, just on Gamecock sites. He was a brilliant man with an incredible memory. One of his best friends was Mike Bee, another great Gamecock. Mike died in his early 40's. So sad for both men and families. Will (TrooperDel on Gamecock sites) will be greatly missed by all Gamecock fans. He was one of a kind. Condolences to his family.
