BELMONT - Nettie Hamby Beaty went on to be with her Savior Dec. 27, 2009.
She was born May 22, 1930, in Belmont, daughter of Fred and Ruth Goins Hamby.
A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Hankins and Whittington, 1111 East Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28203.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are in the care of Hankins & Whittington Funeral Service.
