CLOVER, S.C. - Donald W. Sigmon, 70, of Clover, S.C., passed away Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014 at his residence.

He was born July 16, 1944 in Lincolnton, the son of the late Paul Sigmon and Ruby McGinnis.
He was a textile worker for 40 years.
Mr. Sigmon is survived by his wife, Pam Sigmon; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Wendy Sigmon of Clover, and Wayne and Myra Sigmon of Crouse; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Tim Robbins, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 South York Road, Gastonia.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
