GASTONIA - Elizabeth "Libby" Long Ingram, 77, after a courageous fight with multiple sclerosis, de-spite the support of many kind and selfless caregivers, went to be with her Lord on Aug. 15, 2014.

Born in Charlotte, she has been a resident of Gastonia, NC since 1993.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mildred Harwell and Winford Long Sr. and her grandson, Joshua Ingram.
She is survived by her true love of 61 years, Charlie Ingram; her siblings Diane Smith and Skeet Long; her children and their spouses: Rusty and Gloria Ingram, Dayna and Jeff Winslow, Leigh Ann and Mike King, Tracey and Kevin Hughes; her grandchildren and their spouses: Cassie and Josh Sylar, Kristen Caldwell, Kenny and Andrea Winslow, Scott Dunnett, Chris Hughes, Marah Leverett, Charlie and Ashley King, Austin Joy, Cory Hughes and Matthew Joy; her great grandchildren Myles Ingram and Mary In-gram; her nieces who were like her own children: Leinani Ingram and Shane Hunter; along with many close friends and family.
Another love of Libby's was music. She especially loved singing to glorify God.
A life celebration will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Flint Groves Baptist Church, 2017 E. Ozark Ave, Gas-tonia, NC.
