Billy Stroupe Obituary

MOUNT HOLLY - Billy Eugene "Bill" Stroupe, 56, of 209 Ridge Drive, died July 7, 2011.

He was son of Betty Saunders Stroupe of Mount Holly and the late Hubert Eugene Stroupe.

He is survived by two sisters, Becky Helms of Mount Holly and Dale Smith and husband Charles of Charlotte; two nieces, Tracy
Helms and Donna Gail Helms both of Mount Holly; two great-nieces, Krista Henderson and Kada Henderson, both of Mount Holly and his loyal canine companion, Pep-per.

A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mr. Stroupe will be held 1 p.m. Monday at Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery in Mount Holly with the Rev. Leroy Mobley officiating.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.

Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mount Holly is in charge of the arrangements.
