KINGS MOUNTAIN – Louise Crisp Farmer, 89, passed away Sept. 29, 2012 at Kings Mountain Hospice.

She was born in Gaston County on Sept. 19, 1923 to the late Fred and Eunice Smith Crisp.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joel E. Farmer; sister, Ailene Wortman; and brothers, Jim, Glenn and Joe Crisp.
Survivors include sons, Joel and Eddie Farmer; daughter, Dotty Bryson; brothers, Charles and Howard Crisp; sisters, Peggy Caldwell and Betty Shook; grandchildren, Kathy Bryson, Tina Grigg, Katie, Joey, Mandy and Jer-emy Farmer and Steve Fender; great-grandchildren, Jessica Doster, Brittany Spencer, Laura Feldpausch, Matt and Morgan Fender, Cody Graham, Logan Farmer and Ally Waldrop; great great-grandchildren, Westin and Elam Doster, Lydia Spencer and Isabella Feldpausch.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012 at Greene Funeral Ser-vice-West Chapel, Gastonia.
A graveside service will fol-low at 11:30 a.m. at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City, officiated by Pastor Chris Dos-ter.
