CLOVER, S.C. - James Caldwell "Bub" Hall Jr. passed away peacefully at his home on Nov. 11, 2013.

Mr. Hall was born June 6, 1929, in Gaffney, S.C., son of the late Dr. James Caldwell Hall and Sadie Jeter Hall. He earned the distinction of Eagle Scout in 1945. He attended Porter Gaud Military Academy in Charleston, SC and the University of South Carolina. He served in the United States Air Force at Manston Air Base in Southern England from 1950-54 and was named Airman of the Month. He was a member of New Hope Presby-terian Church, Gastonia, NC and Clover Presbyterian Church where he served as both Deacon and Elder. Mr. Hall enjoyed gardening, dove hunt-ing, playing golf, and the South Carolina Gamecocks.
Mr. Hall is survived by his loving wife, Yvonne Reid "Teeny" Hall and children Marsha H. Moseley (Bruce) of Lexington, SC and
James C. "Jim" Hall, III (Tricia) of Clover, SC; grandchildren, Stuart A. Bahnmuller of Boston, MA, Ginnie H. Westmoreland (Chad) of Lexington, SC, James C. "Cort" Hall, IV and William H. Hall, both of Clover, SC, and Tyler R. Bahnmuller of Columbia, SC; sister-in-law, Marsha Reid White of Fountain Inn, SC and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation Wednesday, November 13 from 10 until 10:45 a.m. at McLean Funeral Directors of Gas-tonia with the funeral to follow at 11 a.m. from the graveside at Gaston Memorial Park. The Revs. Michael York and Peter Spink will officiate. Mili-tary honors will be presented by the Gaston County Honor Guard.
