I am winter old now, I mostly set and watch television to pass away my remaining days. I subconsciously find my mind gravitating to my earlier years, when I acted and behaved as a child, where life was much simpler and the many precious memory's of my childhood friends become alive before me.
Carol Honnold was one of those precious memories at Harding Jr-Sr High School in Oklahoma City, OK. She has been off and on my mind for the past couple of years and every now and then I type her name into my web browser in hopes of locating her. How sad and heavy is my heart now, I have found her, but it is too late. I would love to talk to her one last time to reminisce, laugh and cry of old times together, and to have been able to say goodbye.
I am grateful to see a picture of her in later life. We have both grown old but I see two most beautiful features in her face, still evident after all these years, those heart warming eyes and the beautiful smile that was always on her lips.
I'm too late to say goodbye, so I say, Vaya con Dios.

Carol was such a wonderful, loving person. Although I had not seen her for some years, my memories are alive! I made her egg salad reciepe yesterday. Tres, Buck, Clark, I am so sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry. I knew Carol when we were neighbors in Crown Heights. We had a lot of fun together in our early years. I am sorry we never reconnected.

I had the delightful pleasure of knowing Carol since early childhood. We were both in Tucson during our school years. There will be little worry about forgetting my friend Carol Honnold.
