In 1963 they opened The Sky Shop, LTD. on S. Tejon and operated the business until it was sold in 1980. They loved the "Shop" and many of their customers became their close friends. Hilde then spent her winters skiing and working for Gorsuch Ltd in Vail, CO and spent her summers hiking, biking and traveling. She is preceded in death by her parents, Antonia and Robert Baranski: and by her husband, Ret. Major Jack R. Dunnahoo. Hilde is survived by her son, Stephen, his wife Christina, their two children Sydney and Parker of Ft. To Hilde's family,
I want you to know how much I will miss Hilde . It was an honor to know her and I was always touched when she would remember my birthday. I would get this nice call from her and she would inquire about my son Ben, who is between Sydney and Parker's age, and we would get a chance to catch up. She was so proud of her grandchildren. She loved working with all of us at Gorsuch and was such a good friend. She sure loved to ski and hike and I loved hearing about all the places she had traveled with her friends. She never was idle and always had something she wanted to do, someone she needed to see, and some place she had never been to that she wanted to go to. My husband Mike, my son Ben and I have all of you in our thoughts and prayers and always fond memories of Hilde.

Hildie:
Ironically, I called you yesterday not knowing you had passed into the mountains of heaven back in February. You meant so much to me. I will miss your laugh and spirit.
