Ahmad Reda "AJ" Hassan(December 14, 1965-December 31, 2012)

Born on December 14, 1965 in Kuwait City, Kuwait, AJ came to the United States at the age of 21 to study. He met his wife, Tammy Hassan, five years later at the Broadmoor, where they both worked. After his daughter Zaynib and his son Abdullah were born, he channelled his passion for sports and his love for children into coaching; many that know him know him as "Coach AJ." He was also known as the "computer guy" to those close to him. He was truly the one man nerd herd for his friends and family. AJ lived a life dedicated to all he knew and loved, right up until the end of his 2 year battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his father, Reda; mother, Rabab; and brother, Mahmoud. He is survived by 5 brothers, 4 sisters, 40 nieces and nephews, and 16 great nieces and nephews. Whether you called him Ahmad, AJ, Baba, or Coach - he will be missed by all.
