CoCo Soper

CoCo Soper, 61, of Colorado Springs, CO passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013. She grew up in Newcastle, WY, and graduated from Newcastle High School and St. Mary College, Leavenworth, KS. Later she completed the Lay Ministry Development Program at the Institute for Pastoral Life, Kansas City, MO. She worked in church ministry in four states-Wyoming, Illinois, Colorado, and California-including seven years as Parish Director at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish in Colorado Springs. CoCo is survived by three sisters: Dee Dee Moser (Carlsbad, CA), Connie Kobielusz (Casper, WY), Lynne Collins (Boulder, CO) and three brothers: Ron Caillier (Gillette, WY), Randy Caillier (Sugar Hill, GA), Rick Caillier (New York, NY) as well as twelve nieces and nephews plus three grandnieces and two grandnephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Merry and Norm Caillier; sister, Cindy Hauge; brother-in-law, John Kobielusz, and niece, Mandi Caillier. A memorial service will be held at Benet Hill Monastery in Colorado Springs on Thursday, January 24, 2013, at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers or a memorial fund the family asks that donations be made in CoCo's name to Benet Hill Monastery, 3190 Benet Lane, Colorado Springs, CO 80921.
