Dante Brennan, age 49, died in a car accident on March 7, 2014 on icy roads near Peyton. The angel of death came to greet him there.
Dante was born on March 10, 1964 to John and Sara Brennan in Colorado Springs. His daughter, Christina Brennan of Texas survives, along with her fiancé. Also surviving are his mother and step-father, Sara and Tim Shrader of Ramah, Colorado; three sisters, Michelle Baldwin of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Kim Thomas of Houston, Texas and Laura Frye of Calhan, Colorado. There are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He also had a loving family in Illinois.
At the time of his death, Dante was working for McCarthy Construction building a water treatment plant. He has also worked in Arizona, Maryland and Virginia.
His personality and good manners made him a most loveable son, nephew and friend to everyone he met. His sense of humor will entertain the angels.
Memorials may be made to the First Methodist Church in Calhan, Colorado.
