Grover Lambrecht

Grover Lambrecht, age 75, went home to be with the LORD on 7/8/2013. Born March 3, 1938 in Hays, KS. He was survived by his "3 Angels," Lorene Richardson & (John Garvey), Arika Lambrecht & (Richard Morrow), Regina Taylor & (Dan Taylor), 4 granddaughters - Melanie Zerr & (Mike Zerr), Sabrina Lambrecht & (Patrick Michaels), Starla Murray & (Austin Mourn), Alyssa Richardson, 1 grandson - Ricky Morrow, 4 great grandchildren - Bryan Zerr, Dakota Michaels, Braydon Zerr, and Noah Michaels, 2 brothers - Jim & Kenneth Lambrecht, 2 sisters - Mabel Powers & Lavan Anderson, several nieces & nephews, several great nieces & great nephews, several great great nieces & nephews. He preceded in death by his father - William Lambrecht, mother - Appolonia Lambrecht, 2 sisters - Elaine Tancrede & Cora Lambrecht, 2 brothers - Robert & Harry Lambrecht. HE LOVED THE LORD, ALWAYS PRAISING & GLORIFYING HIM! He was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral. Belonged to the order of Nights of Columbus. He was a painter & Interior Decorator for Lambrecht & Sons. He Loves attending church & spending time w/family & friends. Making people laugh & smile was his specialty. We would like to take this opportunity to Thank All the Wonderful staff at Penrose Main Hospital on the 11th, 8th, & 4th floors. Also, a special thanks to Grover's Wonderful friends that he was so Blessed to have known. Their compassion for Grover will Always be remembered. A Rosary will be held at St. Mary's Cathedral, 22 W Kiowa St., Colorado Springs, CO on 7/19/2013 at 2:00pm. A Mass will be held at St. Mary's Cathedral, 22 W Kiowa St., Colorado Springs, CO on 7/20/2013 at 10:00am. Following Mass there'll be A Celebration of Life at Divine Redeemer, 927 N. Logan St., Colorado Springs, CO.
