Linda Jean Chartier

After more than seven years of fighting, Linda lost her battle with breast cancer. Linda was born in Bristol, CT and moved to New Hampshire in 1968. She attended Symonds school and graduated from Keene High School, class of 1979. She went on to attain her Associates Degree from Vermont Community College. Linda enjoyed kayaking, snowmobiling, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren and pet dog, Buddy. Linda moved to Woodland Park, Colorado and recently returned to New England, residing in Springfield, VT. She worked at Springfield Hospital and Mt. Ascutney Hospital. Linda is the daughter of Robert and Barbara Chartier and leaves behind a daughter, Tonya, and grandchildren: Kaiden, Alexis and Mason in Springfield; and a son, Joshua; and grandchildren, Jaelyn and Noah in Woodland Park, Colorado. Linda's sister, Kim Kennelly currently resides in Keene. Linda's sister, Pamela is pre-deceased. In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, in memory of Linda Chartier, to support cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O.
