Lynn Darnell of Peyton, passed away at Memorial Hospital from complications from an infection. Lynn was born in Tucson, AZ, but grew up in San Bernardino CA. There she graduated from Pacific High School, then worked many years for the county as an emergency dispatcher. She married, and raised three children. Lynn and her husband moved to Colorado Springs, CO in 1988 where she spent the rest of her days enjoying the beautiful landscape on their 5 acres of land in Peyton. One of Lynn's greatest passions was photography; landscape, fires, flowers, but most of all, the people close to her. Lynn loved crafting and traveling to 44 states of America with her husband (and some parts of Mexico and Canada), but more than any of these, she loved to laugh with her family and friends. A woman of strong principals, a devoted wife, and loving mother, Lynn is survived by her husband of 48 years, William Clay Darnell, sons David Alton Darnell, Mark Allen Darnell, daughter Cynthia Lynn Romano, nine grandchildren, and one great grandson who will always remember her laugh, and love of life.
