Mark E. Cave

Mark E. Cave, age 55, a resident of Colorado Springs since 1969 passed away on March 4, 2013 at his home in Colorado Springs, Colorado after an extended illness. Mark Edward Cave was born on January 28, 1958 in Omaha, Nebraska to James and Lois (Blum) Cave. He was a 1977 graduate of Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs and was involved in engine maintenance for a manufacturing company. Mark enjoyed fishing and spending time in the mountains of Colorado. He is survived by his mother, Lois Cave, of Colorado Springs; his sisters: Jean (Alan) Doan, Mary Ann (Carol Ehlers) Cave, Marsha (Jimmie) Brannon, Theresa (Michele Hite) Cave; his brothers: Richard (Sheryl) Cave, Charles (Jeff Hartley) Cave, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mark was devoted to his family. He was also an avid Broncos fan and will be dearly missed by all those whose lives he touched. A Rosary will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 8, 2013 at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. A Memorial Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick's, 6455 Brook Park Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80918. Memorials in his memory may be made to the church.
