My deepest sympathy to the family of Arnold Orr. I had the privilege to meet him about 30 plus years ago at a family reunion and he treated me like one of the family. Since that day I have respected and considered him avery good friend.

What a gentle man Arnold Orr was. I had the honor to know Arnold since I was a small child. His family has always had a special place in my family's heart. He was my boss also for a few short years. Loved you lots!

Dear Evelyn and family
What a kind and gentle man Arnold was. My years of working at El Paso Telephone was made enjoyable because of Arnold. He was a great manager and the best as a friend.
My love goes out to you all at you time of great sadness.

Grandpa Orr was a pillar in both his community and his family. Although I only had a chance to know him for a few years, I'm very grateful for it.
Go Rockies!!! (He watched the Rockies religiously!)

Arnold Anderson Orr and Curtis Anderson Ellzey, together in the Rocky Mountains

Arnold Anderson Orr was an amazing man, a family man, a very successful bussinesman, a true cowboy, an amazing pool player and an avid gardner.
Most important to me, he was my Grandpa, and my hero, and was a father figure for much of my life.
Among the many gifts he gave me, he inspired me with his love for gardening, his love for nature, for growing things, for nurturing, whether it was his garden or his family. Both were his flock. He won't be here to tend his garden any more, but he passed that love onto me.
On Monday I gathered the seeds from his shed, and I'll hold onto them until I have a place of my own like he did, and I'll grow a garden, share it with my family, and I know he'll be there with me, together, helping me make it grow.
I love you Grandpa, and miss you so much. I'm so sad you aren't with us anymore. The world seems more alone without you in it, but I know someday we'll be together again, and you'll give me that little smirk, that gleam in your eye, you'll hold me with those honest hands, and tell me, "I love you, boy", just like you always did...
