Angela M. Clark, age 91, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2015, at Crystal Home Care, in Manitou Springs, Colorado. She was a translator for the American Armed Forces during World War II, while living in Austria.
Angela was born, September 18, 1923, in Salzburg, Austria. She was an only child and attended schools in Austria. She, later, met and married Bernard Clark, who died young. After her husband's death, Angela remained in Austria and cared for her mother until the time of her mother's passing. She then moved to Colorado Springs where she spent the rest of her life, never to return to her native land.
She was a very independent woman who enjoyed the mountains of Colorado, hiking and skiing. She was also very social, had many friends, and attended New Life Church for many years.
Her guardians are very grateful for the efforts of the Crystal Home Care owners, Herb and Lucille Marietta, for their wonderful care which allowed Angela to enjoy her later years to the fullest.
