Carol A. Kurtz left us on Sunday, April 21st to be with The Lord after a courageous fight with cancer. Carol was born in Buffalo, New York on March 18, 1946 to Nelson and Edith Ebert. She graduated from Kensington High School in 1963. Carol and Mark Kurtz were married on November 24, 1972 in Buffalo. Shortly after they married, they moved to Colorado Springs. Carol is survived by her loving husband Mark; her sons Kevin (wife Tonya), Brian (wife Annie), and grandchildren Cody, Lane, Emma, Ashley and Kiley. She is also survived by her brother Wayne (wife Rose and daughter Michelle), and sister and best friend Beverly (son Scott). Carol touched many lives during her career as an early childhood teacher.
