Noriko Johnson beloved mother, grandmother and friend passed away peacefully on Dec 18th 2012 in Phoenix, Az. She was born in Japan in 1940 and was one of five children. She was preceded in death by her mother Yumi Toyoshima and her son David Johnson. She is survived by her two children Joe Johnson and Lynda Johnson. Her greatest joys were her grandchildren: Brianna, Makenzi, Averi, Marek, and Kaden. She enjoyed being retired; making sure her plants and other peoples plants were alive and healthy. She also looked forward to her next meal at McDonalds. A celebration of life will be held in Colorado Springs Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, 9am at SGI USA (Japanese), noon at Audubon Heights Community Church with gravesite memorial to follow at Evergreen cemetery. We ask friends and family to wear something bright on this day to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House of San Diego. www.greenacresmortuary.net
