Ruble E. Burns, aka Bob, of Colorado Springs, CO born January 9, 1917 near Steele, MO, passed away April 10, 2012. He was married for 58 years to his late wife, Martha McFadden Burns in Kennett, MO. He is survived by their son, Robert H. Burns of Monroeville, PA; grandson, Robert D. Burns of Apollo, PA; several nieces, nephews and cousins. His brother, Ben W. Burns, of Farmington, MO is deceased. "Bob" finished public schools in his hometown of Steele, MO, and went on to graduate the Missouri School of Mines as an Electrical Engineer. He spent his career of 40 years with the Aluminum Co. of America at several locations. His parents, who are deceased, were Ernest E. Burns and Edna Dowdy Burns. He was a member of the Broadmoor Community Church. Also an active member and past president of Argonauts and the Rock Pile Coffee Drinkers.
