Jayson M. Richardson, age 32, of Murfreesboro, went to be with Jesus on Monday, September 1, 2014 surrounded by his wife, loving family and friends. Jayson was a native of Colorado Springs, Colorado and an avid Denver Broncos fan.

Because of his passion for his Lord Jesus Christ, Jay showed God's love to all that came in contact with him. He was a faithful husband, father, impactful youth leader and encouraging friend. He will always be remembered for his contagious laugh, smile, joyous spirit and love for life.
Jayson is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Kelly Richardson; his beautiful daughters, Leah and Lauren; his mother and step father, Barbara and Duane Davenport of New Mexico; father, Kevin Richardson of Lebanon; sisters, Shannon Davenport of New Mexico, Danielle Richardson of Spring Hill; and his two brothers, Jack Finch of Spring Hill, and Steele Dahl of Florida. He is also survived by his grandparents, June and Delmer Smelker, Leah and Alex Pettigrew all of Colorado Springs and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather; Darrell Richardson.
Visitation will be Friday, September 5 from 12:00pm until 4:00pm at The Experience Community Church 521 Old Salem Highway Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129.
