Frankie Sue Wichman Bauer, age 44, a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at a local hospital. She was the manager of M & M Funding, a beloved daughter, loving wife and devoted sister. Frankie Sue Wichman was born on February 21, 1967 in Colorado Springs to Harry and Susan (Anderson) Wichman. She was a 1985 graduate of Mitchell High School. She then attended college in Gunnison, Colorado. She married James Michael Bauer on August 19, 2006 at the Viking Hall in Colorado Springs. She loved Colorado, enjoyed her home and her faithful dog: "Lucy." She was an avid Bronco fan who also enjoyed a good game of Darts, going to the movies and spending time with friends and her wonderful family. She is survived by her husband: Jim; her parents: Harry and Sue; her brother: Andy Wichman of Fargo, North Dakota; her paternal grandmother: Marge Wichman of Colorado Springs and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at the Shrine of Remembrance Chapel. A reception will follow at the family's home. Cremation is planned.
