Beauregard Fraser Jr., 80, retired U.S. Army veteran, went home to be with the Lord on February 8, 2014.|
He was born April 17, 1933 in Georgetown, South Carolina to the union of Boregard and Mary (Grant) Fraser. His parents preceded him in death also his son Curtis Anthony Fraser, sisters Laura Mae Shorter and Virginia Manick.
Beauregard was united in holy matrimony with Loretta Fraser on November 1, 1952 in Georgetown, SC.
Beauregard was a faithful member of Saint John Missionary Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Elk Lodge Local Chapter IPBO #473.
Beauregard served in the United States Army for twenty-one years attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. He served during the Korean and Vietnam Conflicts and was awarded numerous awards thru out his military career.
Beauregard leaves to cherish his memory Loretta his wife of 61 years; children Myra Patrice Fraser, Kenneth Marlon (Pamela) Fraser and Veronica Renee Davis, six grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and loved ones.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM, Friday, February 14, 2014 at Angelus Chapel Funeral Directors, 1104 S. Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, CO.
