I have heard it said you can judge a man by those he influences. If this is the case I am sure Bill was kind, caring, hard working and intelligent. I have the pleasure of working with his son Chris and I can't begin to say how sorry I am for the entire family. Love and Prayers.

Bill came to me over 15 years ago as a client, and he leaves me, as he has many others, as a dear friend. I will miss his grace and good humor he always exhibited, even in the face of the great legal and physical adversity he faced over the last few years. May God rest his soul.

My sincere condolences to Bills sons, grandchildren and family.I met Bill in our freshman year at a basketball game at Farrell's..and became friends..that continued through high school...I last saw him when I was walking along New Dorp Lane pushing my first son in a carriage..I heard this voice yelling. Hey Joan..and there he was..still the same Bill..so many great stories and adventures..We reconnected on FB a few years ago..and now I'm so glad we did..sharing stories about his children and my children..and of course his beloved grandchildren...May God grant him eternal rest ..for a great man and a great friend...

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any mans death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.

Bill's "findings" for my Jasper Jottings were always helpful.
