NORTHAMPTON - Laura Brooke DiPillo, 15, of Northampton, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014.

If you had the pleasure of knowing Laura, then you have a gift you'll carry with you always. Laura impacted every life she touched. She welcomed all with open arms and an open heart. She understood the misunderstood. She taught us to be ourselves, to accept everyone and to laugh frequently. She lit up every room she entered and the joy she spread was contagious. She loved and cared with her whole heart and soul. She is the light that will guide us home.

Laura leaves her parents, her brother Riley and sister Leah.

Calling hours will be Monday, July 7, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Czelusniak Funeral Home of Northampton, 173 North St., Northampton, MA. The funeral will be Tuesday, July 8, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church, 354 Elm St., Northampton, MA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Laura's name to ServiceNet, Adolescent DBT Program, 129 King St., Northampton, MA 01060.
