NORTHAMPTON - Margaret (Deyette) Poudrier, 68, of 159 Riverside Drive, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at the Cooley Dickinson hospital.

Born Aug. 18, 1944, in Northampton, Margaret was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Moore) Deyette.
She was educated in Northampton schools and attended Northampton high School and Smith Vocational high School. Margaret lived in Easthampton for 38 years, returning to Northampton in 2002.
She was a waitress for many years at the former Howard Johnson's and at the Friendly's in Florence.
Margaret was a longtime communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church. She loved spending time with her family, playing cards with her aunt and friends and playing Bingo.
She is survived by her husband Leonard A. Poudrier; her four sons, William Poudrier and his wife Patricia, Leonard G. Poudrier and Robert Poudrier and his wife Tori all of Northampton and David Poudrier and his wife Jennifer of Easthampton; her sister Theresa Deyette; her grandchildren Danielle, Summer, Hunter and Cassie; her great-granddaughter Isabella; and her step-grandchildren Alyssa, Brian, Sarah, Emily and Shyanne.
She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Deyette and her sister Mary Deyette.
Margaret's funeral will be Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the Ahearn Funeral Home, followed by a Liturgy of Christian burial in Blessed Sacrament Church, 345 Elm St., at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
