NORTHAMPTON - Mary (Demian) Horrigan, 90, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, at the Cooley Dickinson Hospital.

Mary was born Jan. 24, 1923, in Sunderland, the daughter of the late Alec and Julia (Telep) Demianczk.
She moved to Northampton as a child and graduated from Northampton High school.
Mary worked as a waitress for the former Jack August Restaurant for 38 years. She was a longtime communicant of St. Mary's Church.
Mary was predeceased by her husband Donald Horrigan, her brothers Nicholas, Steven, Peter, Michael, Jake and Charles, and her sister Jennie Harris.
She leaves her sister Anne DeLuco who resides in Northampton, and many nieces and nephews.
Mary will be remembered by all for her generosity and kindness.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, Nov. 2, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery in Northampton. Czelusniak Funeral Home of Northampton is in charge.
