NORTHFIELD- Nancy C. Watt, 62, of Caldwell Road, Northfield, died Saturday, Sep. 29, 2012, at her home.

She was born June 22, 1950, in Newton, the daughter of John and Lucille (Scudder) Tebbetts. She was educated in Wellsley schools.
She was married to her former husband, Jeffrey Watt, on June 4, 1977. She moved to Northfield in 1989. She was employed by the Valley Advocate and worked for the Horse of Course magazine. She was a local artist and loved animals. She was a very caring and compassionate person and would do anything for others.
She is survived by her three children: her daughter, Julianna Watt of Greenfield and her sons, Jamie and his wife Mary of Litchfield, N.H. and Jonathan Watt of Woburn. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Christopher and Joshua Wynkoop, Ayslinn Rich, Bruna Davis, Madelyn Keefe and Quinn Watt; and her sister, Jane Vincent and her husband Dick of Amherst.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Oct. 6 at 11 a.m. at Kidder Funeral Home, 1 Parker Ave., Northfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be Friday, Oct. 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
