EASTHAMPTON – Richard W. LeClaire, 79 of Parsons Street passed away on Aug. 8, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Springfield and is the son of the late Wilmer and Ora (Blaise) LeClaire.

Richard was a retired spray painter for 30 years retiring in 1991 from the Eastern Etching Co. in Chicopee and a communicant of the Our Lady of The Valley Church.

He leaves his loving wife of 58 years Anita (Kirby) LeClaire, his sons; Michael LeClaire??????? and his wife Mary of Westfield, Maine, Kenneth LeClaire and his wife Robin of Easthampton, Kevin LeClaire and Alina of Ludlow, his daughter Lori Massey and her husband Bob of Danforth, Maine, brother; Normand LeClaire of Belchertown, sisters, Beverly Dudley of Agawam, Gloria Stabley of Maryville, Illinois, Diane Conger of Lubbock, Texas, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christain Burial will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 10 a.m. at the Our Lady of The Valley Church, 33 Adams Street, Easthampton followed with burial in St. Brigids Cemetery. There are no calling hours. The Boucher-O'Brien Funeral Home, 7 Pleasant St. is handling his arrangements.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Our Lady of the Valley Church beautification fund, 33 Adams Street Easthampton, MA or to the Bethlehem House Inc. 33 Knipfer Ave, Easthampton, MA.
