KINGSTON - Kathleen Theberge died Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at home with family.

She was the beloved wife of Royal Theberge of Kingston, with whom she shared 45 years of marriage. She was the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Hurley) Carroll of Warren.
Besides her husband, she leaves her daughter Patricia and her husband Graham Hinch of Oakville, Ontario, Jennifer and her husband Philip Ierardi of Kingston, and Michael and his wife Alissa Theberge of Canton, Conn. She was the loving grandmother of Griffin and Ellie Hinch, Nicholas, Antonia and Jesse Ierardi, and Owen and Ruby Theberge. She also leaves her sister Margaret Carroll Gorman of Warren, her brother Timothy Carroll and his wife Veronica of Hatfield, and William Carroll and his wife Suzanne of West Brookfield. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Her son Peter Theberge predeceased her in 1988.
She was a graduate of Bridgewater State College and did graduate work at Springfield College and Hofstra University. She taught school for several years in Bayport, N.Y., and also worked at the University Of Massachusetts Pharmacy in Amherst.
She was an avid Red Sox fan, rarely missing a game on television. She also enjoyed being in Florida for a couple of months during the winter where she loved to watch Red Sox spring training. Other interests included doing crafts with her grandchildren and going camping with her family.
Visiting hours will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Czelusniak Funeral Home of Northampton, 173 North St., Northampton.
Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. from the Czelusniak Funeral Home with a Liturgy of Christian burial at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church, 11 School St., Hatfield. Burial will follow in Main Street Cemetery, Hatfield.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's memory may be made to the St. Joseph/Haiti Fund, 270 Main St., Kingston, MA 02364.
